Established in 1975, the ECA operates a fitness centre and a wide range of rental facilities.
The hamlet of Exshaw, Alberta – “the heart of the valley” – is nestled in the valley below Heart Mountain in the Rocky Mountains along Highway 1A
(just 10 minutes east of Canmore and 45 minutes west of Calgary).
